Items in stock in Italy are usually delivered within 7–14 days.
Items sourced from our international warehouses may take 14–30 days for delivery.
In rare cases, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, customs delays, or force majeure events).
3. Shipping Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it is handed over to the courier or shipping service.
Once the order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for timely delivery and package condition lies with the shipping company.
4. Additional Notes
Upon delivery, please check the packaging and product condition before signing for the parcel.
